Important: Pending payment charges

Dear SkyBOX customer,
We wish to inform you that we have received a package with AWB (s) # Guia.Number, which has not benn processed for the following reasons:
- The Credit card decline the charges or
- The credit card is expired
Please, go to Payment Methods, update the credit card information or add a new payment method, select it as Default and then you can pay the pending charges from My Shipments.
Once you do so, we will proceed with the shipments and/or activation of the account.
